毎日の外食が楽しくなるグルメ情報
綺羅星の如くある名洋食屋がある神戸にあって、群を抜くお店、元町『洋食クアトロ』さん。
昼夜問わず常に行列の絶えず、この日もたくさんのお客さんがいてはりました。
約1時間後、案内されて注文したのは、クアトロコロッケとビーフシチューのついた『Gセット』（2,100円）と『サラダ、ごはん、味噌汁のセット』（500円）。
ちなみにクアトロコロッケとはゆで卵、牛ミンチ、玉葱にホワイトソースで和えた当店名物料理で、そのクアトロコロッケを＋100円で海老、蟹、帆立が入ったクリームコロッケに変更できるとの事やったので、食べ比べでひとつをチェンジ。
サラダを食べ終えた後、見た目とても美しいメインディッシュがお出まし。
ビーフシチューを食べるとめちゃくちゃ柔らかく、歯がいらないくらい。
他店でこれを食べた場合、時折歯の隙間に肉の繊維が挟まったりすることもあるけど、肉の繊維を綺麗にカットされてて食感が最高。
そしてデミグラスソースが激ウマ！
ソースの旨み、コク、酸味、甘味が全て完璧で非の打ち所がない。
コロッケもまたホワイトソースの具合が絶妙で、且つ、中の具の味を最大限に活かし、それを衣で詰め込んだこれまた素晴らしい。
後味も全く悪くなく、旨みの余韻を楽しめる言葉が出ない程美味い。
正直最初行列にビビってやめようかと思ったけど、並んで正解。
いや並んでても食べる価値のある絶品洋食。
自分の中でTOP of TOP。
I visited the Western food restaurant “Quattro” in Motomachi, which is a standout one among a lot of good ones in Kobe.
It always has a line, day or night, and on this day there were many customers.
After an hour I was guided, and ordered the “D Set” (@¥2,100) come with the beef stew and 2 pieces of Quattro Croquette, and the side dish for a rice, a miso soup and a salad (@¥500).
FYI, the Quattro Croquette has a white sauce with boiled egg, minced beef and onion, and if u pay an additional fee for ¥100, u can charge it to the Cream Croquette which comes with shrimp, crab and scallops, so I did only one bcoz I wanted to compare those.
After having the salad, the main dish was served.
The beef stew is so tender that u didn’t need to bite it.
When u eat other restaurants’ ones, it’s common for meat fibers to get caught between the teeth, but it never causes such a thing by cutting its fibers off carefully.
In addition, the Demi-glass sauce is amazing, bcoz it’s perfect with umami, richness, sourness and sweetness.
The croquettes are excellent for the white sauce, and the flavor of the filling inside is maximized and packed tightly into the coating, which is also wonderful.
Its aftertaste isn’t heavy, and u can enjoy it incredibly.
First I was hesitant to wait in line, but I’m so glad I had the dishes.
It’s the best of my favorite.
