浅草にある”鮨 橋口”
お友達ご夫婦と3人で訪問~。
凛と美しいお店でいただく江戸前鮨。
こういうお店は、初回訪問時少し緊張する。
でも、お店に入ると知っている顔が!?
根岸にある”鮨明高勢”で働いていた彼女がそこにいた。
彼女は、今はなき浅草”高勢”で修行された方のいくつかのお店で働いているとは聞いていたけれど
ここの大将も”高勢”出身だった。
現在、”高勢”の大将は”鮨明高勢”で息子さんと一緒に働いている。
そんな繋がりから、大将とも話しやすく
意外とリラックスの初回訪問となった。

つまみが旨い。
特に蒸し鮑の磯の香りの豊かさ、柔らかさ、ジューシーさは感動ものだ。
肝も堪らなく日本酒が進む。
握りも旨い。
ネタとシャリのバランスがとても好み。
熟成感も絶妙。
大将の手捌きを眺めながらいただく江戸前鮨と日本酒。
私の最も好きなお酒の飲み方だ。
とても美味しかったし、楽しかった。
こういうお店が大好き。
おひとり様もアリかな♪
