このたびが二度目の訪問です。知人に誘われて食べに来たのですが、この日の目当てはあんこう鍋でした。頂いたお料理は以下に箇条書きします。
・お通し:桜エビ・菊花・春菊のおひたし
・かわはぎ肝和え
・馬刺し盛り合わせ(赤身、バラ肉(フタエゴ)、レバー、タン):熊本の上質な品です。
・あんこう鍋:うわさ通りの絶品。
・漬物:大根に大葉が噛ませてあって醤油風味の何とも言えない美味しさ。
・あん肝:蒸したてのふわふわ。
・揚げ出汁豆腐:お出汁がすばらしい。
・水菓子:柿
他のWEB情報を見ても、こちらはアンコウ鍋が評判のようですね。とにかく美味しくて大満足でした。和食の命とも言えるお出汁がたいへん上品で、素晴らしい美味しさなのです。普通の本枯れ節と昆布のものとはちょっと印象が異なります。何か独特の工夫がなされているのでしょうね。
一品料理は実にクオリティーが高く、廉価でありながら高級店の味わいです。大将も女将さんも気さくなお人柄で、アットホームなとても良いお店でした。
