ちょっとしたお祝いという名目で、数年ぶりに訪問しました。
今回のお部屋は2階の個室。部屋は暖房ばっちり、すでに炭もいこしてあり、スタンバイOK。
早速9,000円弱のおすすめコースとビールをお願いしました。
ビールは「プレミアム熟撰」。なかなかお目にかかれませが、コレ、非常に美味しかった。
コースは前菜からスタートし、まずはあぶり焼き!
生でも食べられそうな、サシがたっぷり入ったお肉を、ささっと炙ってわさびとお塩で一口。
まさにとろける食感。
続いて名物の葱塩焼き。ネギを落とさないように片面だけを焼き、レア状態でレモンを搾って
一口。これも美味しかったなぁ~。
サラダとキムチで箸休めしつつ、タレ焼きも登場。
カルビもロースも大変柔らかく、全く文句はありません。ただ、タレが少ししつこいようには
思いました。お出汁なんかがあればよかったかな? 少し肉の旨味がマスクされてます。
最後にホルモンを少しずつ頂き、〆のご飯もの、デザート、コーヒーと最後までテンポ良く進み、
お腹の加減もちょうどいいぐらいになりました。コースの量は大変適切だと思います。
アラカルトだとついつい頼みすぎてしまい、結果お腹がふくれて美味しさが半減するんですよね。
ワイワイ食べる焼肉も楽しいけど、たまにはこうやって落ち着いた空間で上品にお肉を頂くのも
いいなぁと思った次第。
何よりも、部屋の雰囲気とお店の方の対応が本当に気持ちよく、身も心も満たされた夜でした。
