金沢旅行に行ったのは、寿司を食べるため!
人気店だったので、あらかじめ予約してから行きました。
念願の志の助!!!
注文はもちろん、お任せ。
それしかないわけですが(笑)。
こういう本格的な寿司屋でパシャパシャ写真を撮るのは非常に恥ずかしい・・・
許可を得ましたが、すごく無駄な動作をしている気になります。黙々と素早く食べるのがいいんでしょうね、本当は。
赤いかに始まり、次がいきなりのど黒。
前日に食べた回転寿司のものとは比較になりませんでした・・・ここまで違うのか!?と感嘆。
がす海老というマニアックな海老もいただきました。甘海老ほどの甘味はないものの、代わりに適度な歯ごたえがあります。
口の中いっぱいに広がって蒸散する雲丹。甘くて美味でした。
トロの炙りは、まるでA5ランクの和牛のような風味。素晴らしかった!
どれもこれも賞賛に値する寿司ですが、中でも気に入ったのが穴子。
穴子といえば、煮ても蒸してもあの甘いタレをつけるものだと思っていました。
しかし、志の助の穴子は塩なんです。塩でいただくんです!少し柚子がのっていて、それはそれはさっぱりとした穴子なんです。
めっちゃくちゃ美味しかったな〜。ぜひともまた食べたいと思いました。
金沢の寿司、やはり大当たりでした。
