広島市東区戸坂千足の「お好み焼きキャベツ」へ約1年半ぶりに訪問してきました!
11時開店と同時に入店。
レイアウトはカウンター席にテーブル席が5卓の構成です。
奥側テーブル席が広々していて団体さんにはお勧め♪
2020年3月現在メニュー
卓上アイテムはお好みソース、辛ソース、胡椒、胡麻に紅生姜。マヨネーズはもちろん有料です(笑)
オーダーしたのは「肉玉そば700円」に「いか天150円・チーズ170円」をトッピング♪ お好み焼きにしては素早い10分弱で登場!
もちろんお皿ではなく鉄板を選択!取り皿はお願いしないと出てきませんよ^^ yoshiには必要ナッシング(笑)
鉄板はガスコンロで超熱々になるまで熱してあるので最後まで冷めずにいただけるのが美味しく食べれるポイント!
こちらがお好み焼きの断層です。下層から生地→キャベツ→もやし→豚バラ肉→そば→玉子と積み重なるのが基本型。
そばは茹で麺を使用しているのでもちっと柔らか食感!
回りを汚さずきれいに食べるでしょう♪←広島では自慢にならない(笑)
久々にキャベツのお好み焼き食べたけどやっぱり美味しかった~♪ ソースも残さず大満足のご馳走でした!
お好み焼きはどこが美味しい?って聞かれたら繁華街なら「八誠」 郊外ならここ「キャベツ」をお勧めします!
