ずっとBMしていたこちらのお店。娘のお誕生日で来店しました。ランチは土日祝のみ。店内は照明を落として深海を感じさせる青とグレーの落ち着いた感じです。この日は、お一人でランチを堪能されている方も結構いらっしゃいました。丸テーブルが5-6個くらいありました。
予約しておいたコース13200円にハーフペアリング7150円をお願いしました。
コースは、魚介で構成されていて肉系はありません。11皿の多皿ですが、ボリュームもちょうど良く、一つ一つがかなり手が込んでいて、素材の組み合わせに驚きながら美味しくいただきました。オイルには、いろいろこだわっていらっしゃるようです。魚介類大好きなので、とても良かったです!一回のフレンチのランチで、こんなに多種の魚介類をいただけて幸せでした。
ペアリングも最初から好みのものが出てきて、まず気持ちも上がりましたが、こちらのペアリングはすごいと思います。ワイン単体では少し癖があるなあと思っても、お料理と合わさるとぐっと美味しくなります。なかなか合わせるのが難しい食材も、きっちり合わせていらっしゃいます。お酒が大丈夫なら、ペアリングをおすすめします。
