お料理の詳細は写真に載せてあります。
全てお魚のコースは本当に嬉しいです。しかもサスエさんの素晴らしい素材ばかりです。またそれを活かしたシェフのお料理もお見事。付け合わせにもかなりこだわりを感じました。今回はシェフとも少しお話しできて嬉しかったです。
生しらすを使ったパイ包み焼きなんて、贅沢だしめったに食べられないですよね。すごく良かったです!
伊勢海老をリゾットに使うのも贅沢ですね。これもかなり気に入りました。
次回はドウマンガニメスも食べてみたいです。
