初回訪問でかなりよかったので友人と再訪。シェフも覚えてくださっており、メニューが被らないよう工夫してくださっていました。この日カウンターは満席で、同時に進行されていましたが、なかなかお忙しそうでした。今回も日曜限定ランチ8800円。

ワインは前のように少しずつペアリングで合わせてもらいました。これがお料理によく合っていて美味しい!他のお客様は、それぞれボトルワインやグラスワインを楽しまれていらっしゃいました。それも良さそうでした。
お料理は流石の仕上がりです。どれもとっても美味しいです!ブイヤベースは味わいも深くて本当に好き!今回はアオリイカで作られており、大好きな白子が乗っていました。
そして今回のメインは榛名めん羊牧場80ヶ月マトンの煮込み。80ヶ月のマトンと聞いて苦手かも、と一瞬思いましたが、シェフの手にかかるとこんなにも美味しくなるのですね!全く臭みがなく、牛と思ってしまいそうな柔らかで美味しい仕上がりです。ちなみに榛名めん羊牧場の希少な国産羊を東京で唯一扱っているのだそうです。
これだけのクオリティのお料理とワインで1.5万円を切ってるのはありがたいです!
