梅田の富国生命ビル地下の「酒場やまと」
行列が絶えないお店で、食べ呑みをしたい時間帯は長蛇の列覚悟のお店。
今回は少し時間を調節して16:30に伺い、
40分後に着席出来ました。
カウンターだけのオープンキッチンな店内。
待ち時間のなかで、食べたいものを概ねチェック。
定番の「活け車海老」「煎り銀杏」「秋刀魚塩焼き」「イカの一夜干し」「生ダコのブツ切り」「鯛の頭焼き」「おでん」を頂きました。
プリプリの活け車海老は臭みも感じず流石看板メニューです。
秋刀魚の塩焼きも塩加減抜群。
イカの一夜干しは中にワタを残して焼いてあります。
おでんのダイコンは味がしゅんでる良いお味。
大満足の「酒場やまと」
