久しぶりに夫婦で訪問しました。
昼時でしたので、鮨中心でお願いしましたが、
つまみ、鮨ともに美味かったです。
値段は上がりましたが、全般的にクオリティも上がった印象です。
嫁さんはさいとうより好きみたいです。
ということで再訪は決定です。
次回は戻り鰹の時期を狙っています。

レビューを忘れていました。
半年ぶりの訪問
半年以前は定期的に訪問していたので、そんなに目新しいネタはなし。
でも、安定感はさすがです。
久しぶりに杉田さんとお話できたり、鮪の漬けをお祝いでサービスしてもらったり。
ホスピタリティがあって居心地は良いです。
なかなか、最近は予約が取れないのは残念で仕方がありませんが。
ベースを2000円アップするようですね。
ネタの質をあげるんでしょうか?あるいは現状維持で・・・。
美味い寿司を出すにはネタのウェートが大きい。
現状の価格設定で葛藤されているのかもしれませんね。
詳細はわかりかねますが、年明けにでも予約の電話を入れてみましょう。
都寿司は岐路に立っているのかもしれません。

今月2回目。今回は嫁さんと一緒に。
寿司も美味いし、杉田さんとの会話も楽しかったです~
今回の圧巻は鰹の腹身部分の寿司。貴重部位を出してくれて感謝!

前週にさいとうでしたが、都もいいですね~
居心地も良いし、鮨も美味い。
ビール1本ということもありますが、つまみ、寿司もかなり食べて、
1.5万弱。安いですね。
2週間後にも訪問します!

新年のご挨拶を兼ねて友人と訪問。
酒6合、ビール1本、追加のにぎり等で1人1.9万円
いつもより、やや金額が高くなりましたが、さすが都さんでした。美味かった!
腹がはちきれそうなくらい飲み食いして、帰りの電車がきつかったです(苦笑)
友人も満足しておりましたので早速、予約を入れましたが
次回は4月です(2~3月はいっぱい)

相変わらずの安定感で大満足しました。
酒の肴、鮨ともに非常に美味しかったのですが、
特に牡蠣の味噌漬けは超絶でした。

【2011/8訪問】
以前から気になっていたのですが、タイミングが合わず、
なかなか訪問することができませんでした。
意を決して、予約の電話を入れて、1ヶ月後にやっと、夫婦で訪問することができました。
人気店なんで、なかなか予約することができません。
17:00~19:30、19:30~の二部制で、
平日は仕事があるので、19:30~しか選択肢がないのですが、
なかなか予約が取れませんね。
11000円のおまかせコースで、追加で数貫、頼みました。

酒の肴、寿司ともに美味しかったですねー
出される品は、江戸前の仕事が丁寧にされていて、
どれも抜群に美味い。
ネタは適度に熟成が進んでいました。
どれも美味しいんですけど、金目鯛、鮪漬け、蒸穴子、小肌、鰹は
ここで食べたものが一番でしょうかねー。
金目鯛は辛子で脂っこさが消されていて後味もすっきり、
鮪漬けは奥深く、蒸穴子はどこまでも柔らかく、小肌は絶妙の塩酢加減で、
鰹は香りが抜群で・・・。最高でした。
カウンターに10人の客。亭主はタイミングよく、肴、寿司をお客に
出していきます。間合いが絶妙なんで、いっそう美味しいんでしょうね。
亭主も丁寧でいい雰囲気です
このお店のCP,料理の味ともに大満足です!
すっかりファンになってしまいました。
次回は10月初旬に再訪予定です。
