2014年9月
住所は銀座ですが新橋に近いビルの3階にある寿司屋です。
ご主人の高橋青空さんは、すきやばし次郎で修業されて独立した方だそうですが、なかなかきりりとした
出立の方でした。
店内はL字型のカウンター席と奥に個室があります。
我々は予約時にお願いしてあったカウンター席に案内されました。
お任せでお摘みからお願いしました。
お摘みがあまりに美味しいので握りの前に更に2品を追加してもらいました。
付出しの丹波「枝豆」から始まります。

握りは10貫ほどが標準ですが、結局5貫も追加で握ってもらい、最後は玉子も頂きました。
最後にご主人が「よく食べましたね」と笑っていました。
確かに好い加減にお腹が膨れました。
どれも美味しくて幾らでも食べられる感じでした。
日本酒は、純米、純米吟醸、純米大吟醸の3種類で純米大吟醸だけが2銘柄ありましたが、以下3種類を
1合ずつ頂きました。
純米は京都府「まつもと」
純米吟醸は宮城県「綿屋」
純米大吟醸は新潟県「鄙願(ひがん)」
日本酒に関しては、もう少し純米や純米吟醸の種類がほしいところです。
シャリは好い加減に硬くて、酢の塩梅や温もりも私好みでした。
ネタもさすが銀座のこのクラスだけあって申し分ありませんでした。
久々の大車海老はやはり美味しいですね。
それと玉子はフワフワのカステラのようで甘さも私好みでした。
さすがに美味しい寿司でまた来たくなり嵌りそうで危ないです。
食べ過ぎの感もありそれなりのお値段になったので、次回は追加なしで行きたいと思ってます。
しかし、我慢できるのかも心配なくらい魅力的でした。
