スープがと~~っても美味しい!
見た目が豆腐にしか見えないリコッタチーズは、
やっぱり豆腐みたいななめらかさで、
でもチーズのコクが少しあります。
●比内地鶏の刺身、胸肉と、間にもも肉
軽く炙って醤油をハケで。
塩わさびを添えて。
もも肉がぎゅっと詰まった旨味と、
程良い弾力が美味しい♪

肉汁と旨味が溢れ出て来ます!!

臭みなどは全くなく、食感が良いです♪

鶏の旨味が濃厚で美味しい~☆
トリュフの芳醇な香りが、

鶏ご飯はやや柔らかめで、
しっとりとした美味しさ。
ご飯とスープはお代わり出来ます。
