八王子駅近くに鉄板焼のお店が出来たと聞きつけて、仕事仲間がこちらを予約してくれました。JR八王子駅北口を出て徒歩1分 エレベーターで6階に出たらお店です。
今夜は、晴れの日お祝いという事で”エグゼクティブコース”をお願いしました。

先ず乾杯にスパークリングワインにフランスのシモネ・フェブル・クレマンド・ブルゴーニュをお願いしました。
前菜は盛合せで、しんとり菜のお浸しは、ちりめん白菜と言われてるもので、シャキシャキして美味しいです。料理に合わせお酒をお願いしたら「くどき上手 辛口純吟 生詰」を勧めてくれました。香りもキレも良くてとても美味しいです。二度目の乾杯です!(笑)
鰆の香味焼きは温かく提供され料理を楽しみながら話も弾みます。イシガレイの薄造りは、独特のいい香り、あぶらも甘い!すだちを絞り、芽ねぎを巻いて頂きました~。
トリュフの茶碗蒸しは湯気の中からトリュフの薫りが漂ってとても美味しいです。神戸牛のローストビーフサラダはシーザーソースが相性良くて野菜とともに一気に食べてしまいました!
鉄板焼は三種構成です!先ず三陸産の鮑は、鉄板の上で踊って歓迎してくれてます!!盛られた皿にはパセリとにんにくのバタークリームが添えられフレンチの様、工夫が随所に見られますね~♪鮑は身も柔らかくバタークリームが旨味を引き出し絶品です!
白州ハイボールを追加しました。キレのある味わいは料理を引き立ててくれます。次は三重県産の伊勢海老ですが味噌部分は料理のソースとして使っています。皿の淵に大葉を合わせた海老味噌バターソースが柔らい弾力のある身と良く合う秀逸な逸品です!次のステーキに合わせて赤ワイン(ドイツ フリードリッヒ・ベッカー ピノ・ノワール)をお願いしました。ピノノワールの特徴がしっかり出ていて美味しいです!特選神戸牛ステーキは、ミディアムレアーに焼かれ、一口頂くと肉の旨味がガツンと感じられ調味料が必要ない程。至極の時間ですね!ガーリックライスは、青森のにんにくのみじん切りを水にさらして香りを和らげる心遣いが嬉しいです!醤油の焦げた香りに喉が鳴ります。ガーリックライスにして良かった~(笑)デザートは添えられた苺と食花ビオラがデザートは別腹だよと言ってる様です!
この食事会を予約してくれた仲間に感謝です。
スタッフの方も若いですがホスピタリティーを感じられる気持ち良い食事会でした。
