食品業界の親友と久しぶりの再会で、こちらのお店をセレクトしました。昔新潟で仕事をしていたので、今日の食事会がとても楽しみです!
お店は六本木駅3番/5番出口から徒歩7分。六本木一丁目駅から徒歩6分です。飯倉片町交差点手前の路地を入ったつきあたりにあります。
店内は縦に広い感じでBARの様な大人な雰囲気もあります。
案内された席は、一番奥の4人掛けのテーブル席です。
今日のお肉は新潟上越安塚黒毛和牛のブランド牛なのでワクワクしてます。
お品書き(雅)は以下の通りです。
◆白菜キムチとナムル2種盛り合わせ
キムチは沖アミが入った旨味のある白菜キムチ、もやしのナムル、胡瓜のナムルです。
◆贅沢「ユッケタルト」
雲丹、キャビア、トリュフと共に
甘さのある北海道産婆分雲丹とキャビア、トリュフをユッケの上にトッピングされてます。少し甘さのある溜り醤油のタレで頂きます。タルトは、クッキーの甘さがあるタルトで、お皿の様な形状です。ユッケ等生肉を扱える、生食肉提供許可店ですので安全性にも安心して頂けます。

甘めのドレッシングで酸味も少なく食べ易いです。

お酒もビールからワインや焼酎やウイスキー等多種多様にあるので、選ぶのも楽しかったです!
料理を提供される時に、店員さんが食材について説明してくれましたが、少しマニアックに色々お聞きし過ぎてご迷惑だったのでは?とても懐かしく新潟県上越市に帰って来た錯覚をしました。
店員さんのホスピタリティーが心地よく、楽しい良い時間を親友と過ごせました。再来決定ですね!ごちそうさまでした。
