凄く久しぶりに来ました。
ちょうど松茸の時期でした。
4時からの回です。
4時スタートでも成立するって凄くないですか?
もちろん満席でした。
どーんと松茸。
丹波のまったけ。
沼田町の新蕎麦粉を使った汁そばを頂きながら待ちます。
この蕎麦、おいしいです。
紙に包まれた巨大松茸の天ぷら!
まじ凄い大きさです。
食べ応え、あります。むしろ飽きるかも。。wお腹にたまるし。
続いてお椀。鱧餅です。吸い地、とっても美味。
造りは串本のしまあじ。からしで頂きます。
続いてカジキ。
鱧は油焼。浮き袋のってます。
平戸の赤雲丹の昆布締め。
琵琶湖の落ち鮎揚げは山椒醤油で。これ好きw
生の松茸を混ぜ込んだまつたけごはん。甘鯛をおかずに!
銀杏おやき。
そんな多く見えないんだけど
なんかボリュームあったなー。
素材重視は好きだったんだけど
しまあじ、カジキ、雲丹あたりがピンとこなくて。
お椀がとても美味しかったので、もっと出汁を使った品が食べたかったな。
今回より以前のほうがすき。
松茸じゃない時期の方が好きかも。
