阿しか里のお食事処は、dining乃庭です。
夕食は、旬の懐石料理に鮑をつけたプランです。
サービスのグラスワインをいただいた後は、ブルゴーニュ赤ワインをいただくことにしました。
鮑は、ステーキかお造りかを選びます。
先付けは、鱒の介さらだ仕立てです。うどセロリが添えられ、大根と菊のドレッシングがかけられています。
旬彩は、真魚鰹利休焼、丸十レモン煮、赤貝と占地の白和え、イチジクワイン煮、川海老、芒大根うに漬け、ポワロ鴨、鰻、秋刀魚の梅煮です。
吸物は、湯波、豆富、松茸、銀杏、蓮麩、すだちです。凌ぎは、地鳥と牛蒡点のご飯です。造里は、季節の魚貝盛り合わせです。
強肴は、冬瓜スープ煮、蟹の五目餡掛け、枸杞の実です。鉢肴は、鱸の建珍焼、里芋柚子みそ焼、はじかみです。
台の物は、牛舌シチュー、舞茸南瓜、パイシート、印元豆です。留椀は、焼茄子、小巻ふ、三つ葉です。
朝食では、前日に地元で採れた干物の中から選んでおいた焼き魚が頂けます。卵は名古屋コーチンの滋養卵です。玉子焼きか生卵かを選べます。今回は後者を選びました。
(夜、昼の料金は、どちらも1泊2食付きの料金としました。)
