アフタヌーンティーを楽しめるということで「JRホテルクレメント徳島」1階にある
「ダイニングカフェ クレメント」にネットで予約して土曜日14:00初訪問。
案内されたのは4人用テーブル席。
紅茶の種類を聞かれたので「ダージリン」と「アールグレイ」を選択。
お代わり自由で違う種類の紅茶でもOKとうれしいお言葉あり♡
すぐに3段のケーキスタンドがサーブされて気分は最高潮ヾ(*´∀｀*)ﾉｷｬｯｷｬ

【上段】ミニノエル、フロマージュキュイ、ブルーベリータルト、
フランボワーズとフロマージュのヴェリーヌ、マカロン
【中段】本日のシェフサンド、スティックサラダ
【下段】カボチャのムース、鳴門金時芋のグラタン、パテ・ド・カンパーニュ、
竹炭クレープのサラダ仕立て、リンゴとサーモンのタルタル
【スコーン＆ジャム】プレーン、紅茶のスコーン、ジャム（イチゴ、マーマレード、ブルーベリー）
【コーヒー or 紅茶】ダージリン、アールグレイ、［お代わり］ローズヒップ、セイロンディンブラ
広いフロアに利用客はほとんどいなかったのでゆ～～っくりアフタヌーンティーを楽しめました。
食べる順番を把握していなかったので上段 → 中段 → 下段と食べてしまいましたが、
正式には下段 → 中段 → 上段の順番にいただくのですね(*ﾉω<*)ｱﾁｬｰ
大粒のブルーベリーのタルト、イチゴと生クリームのマカロン、スフレチーズケーキ、
ターキーのクロワッサンサンド、クリームチーズとフルーツのサンドイッチ、
カボチャのムース、2種類のスコーンとジャム、どれも本当においしゅうございました♡
ただ、スティックサラダにつけるドレッシングが味噌風味だったので紅茶とは合わないような??(*≧▽≦)
スタッフの接客もとても気持ちが良かったので、また行きたいお店です。
