今回も5250円のコースでお願いしました。
前回もでしたが、お造りがとても美味しく、鮮度も仕入れもすごくいいです。
キジハタのキッツケには包丁の入れ方を変え、2種類の食感を楽しませるようにしたとか。
こういう技術や心遣いには感心させられます。
この金額で、こんなにいろんな料理を食べさせてくれるお店は本当に珍しいと思いました。

投稿数が少なめでちょっと心配だったのですが、県内のランキングが上位だったので予約しました。
注文は、5250円のコースをおまかせで。
結論から言うと、感動するほど美味しかったです。
お造りの鮮度や弾力に驚かされ、煮物・焼き物・揚げ物の火加減や塩加減もずいぶん絶妙だなと。
コースの食事で出されたのは炊き立てのコシヒカリだったのですが、
これに焼き鮭と味噌汁が付いてきたらとても幸せな気分になり、
お釜1つのご飯を全て美味しくいただきました。
ご主人はお店の5代目だそうですが、まだ35歳とのことでしたので
今後、益々のご活躍が期待されます。
お店が新潟市にあったら大変な人気店になるように思えましたので、
個人的には村上市なのがありがたいなと思いました。
