高知橋から西に少し、川沿いにある白くて細長いビルが座屋です
地元でも人気らしく、直前では予約できないので、今回は1ヶ月前から予約しましたv
最近は18時と20時半のどちらかを選択するようです
一階と二階は格が違うようですが、二階も個室になっていて、高級感のある静かな雰囲気になっています
料理は先付けから甘味まで8品のコース、素晴らしい料理の連続でした
まずは八寸、小鉢に8種類の盛り合わせです
あおさとのうつぼの天ぷら、ポテサラw/いぶりがっこ、茶碗蒸し鰹味、白身の南蛮漬け、白子、豆腐、野菜の炊き上げ、土佐まき、と並びとても賑やかです
料理は次々と運ばれてくるので、順番を考えて、一部は後回しにした方がいいです
お刺身はたちいか、いさき、真ん中のピンク色のは歯がつおという少し細身の鰹の仲間だそうです
冬が旬らしく、脂がのってて美味しいw
そのあと、焼いた太刀魚 蕪のソース、フライの鰤と里芋 タルタルソース、煮たすじあら、と続きましたが、魚をあの手この手で調理し、特徴のあるソースが添えられてるところが参った感じです
お肉は小豆島オリーブ牛 牛蒡のソース、緑色の小さいのはカリフラワーの子供だそうです
お酒は結局、端から飲みましたw
メニューには芋とか栗とかしか書いてないですが、この日、黒糖焼酎は三年寝太蔵、栗はダバダ火振、芋は黒霧島、ちなみにビールはアサヒだそうです
お湯割りの陶器の器もとても綺麗でした
〆の釜飯は、どうぞ開けてくださいと言われまして、
蓋を取る瞬間も楽しんで欲しいそうな
デザートはりんごのパウンドケーキと文旦のシャーベット
ほんと美味しかったし、目にも楽しい料理でした
銀座にもあるそうなので行ってみようかな
