にかいのおねぎや笹木などで有名な笹組の「いし井」に行ってきました。
ネットでも評判が良いですが、知人数名にもここのお店は良いと聞いていたので、
行ってみたかったお店の一つです。
実際に行ってみての感想は、味、お手頃の値段、気配り、
すべてにおいて良いお店でした。
どの料理も美味しいですが、是非食べてほしいのが、
お豆のジュレ、お刺身の盛り合わせ、クリームチーズの西京漬けです。
お刺身の盛り合わせは、にかいのおねぎや笹木に似た感じの創作刺身で、
醤油をつけなくても味がついていて美味しかったです。
お豆のジュレは、やわらかくなり過ぎず、豆の食感が味わえて
ここのお店ならではで良かったです。
クリームチーズの西京漬けは、クリームチーズが更に濃厚になって
かなりハマってしまいました。
お店の方もみんな感じが良くて、帰りも外までお見送りしてくれて、
寒いのでホッカイロもくれました。
広島で好きなお店がまた増えました。
