完全予約制でキャパも広くなく、カウンター席のみですのでなかなか予約が取れないのですが、
そこがまたここの良さかもしれません。
「イタリアン」という概念を超えたお料理の数々。
しかも地産地消をメインとしていて、その時々の旬の味を最大限に引き出してくれます。
こんなに独創的なお料理・・・マスターの頭の中が見てみたい(汗)
ワインもマスターがチョイスしてくれるので、最高のマリアージュが楽しめるのも素晴らしい★
