今回函館行を決めたのは、こちらのお店の予約が取れたから!
ずっと行きたかったミシュランの星を取ったこともある天ぷら屋さんです。
(食べログの全国の天ぷらランキングで、今現在2位★)
東北地区には天ぷら専門店が、めっちゃくちゃ数少なく。
自分自身も高級な天ぷら専門店は初訪問★
(こちらのお店は1万のコースのみです)
店内はコの字型のカウンター席だけ。
マックスでも10~12人程度かな?
他のお客さんと一斉スタートとなるため、時間指定がありました。
カウンターの中には立派な天ぷら鍋が!
美しくて、これからの天ぷらに期待感が増します★
初めは生ビール(サントリーマスターズドーリーム)中注文。
お料理は最初に小鉢2品とお造りが。
お作りが出てきた時点で、日本酒をチョイス。
そして天ぷらのセットがされて、いざスタート!!!

予約の際にエビとカニのアレルギーがあることを伝えたのですが、対応ができないと思うとのことで諦めてたんですが、お邪魔したらアタシの分に特別な代替えの天ぷらを作ってくれました!!!!(でも今回限りだよとのこと)
なので上の天ぷらの説明に()をつけているのは、アレルギーの代替えになります。
天ぷらの衣はカリカリというより、しっとりとしたものですべてが美味しかった!
遣う食材によって衣の付き具合、火の通し具合が違っていて、さすがの職人技だと感動です。
穴子は揚がったものを、目の前で大将が割ってくれるパフォーマンスがあったのですが、湯気がぼわ~っと★
あっつあっつの穴子は、とってもふわふわ~
ぶどうの天ぷらは初めて食べました!
これぶどうは中が熱くないんですよ★
目の前に置かれる天ぷらたち。
下に敷かれたかえしは、一度も変えることがありませんでした。
それだけ油切りもしっかりしているんですよね★
じゃなきゃこんなに量、食べれないし!!
天ぷらはさすが!の一声でしたが、大将の手打ちのお蕎麦が・・・
んま~~~~い!
ちょうど新そばとのことでしたが、切り方も水切りも固さも文句なし。
まさかこんなに美味しいお蕎麦とは★
(最後は天ばら飯と蕎麦が選べるんです。もちろん2種でもOK。しかも天ばら飯はお持ち帰りしてもいいのです)
日本酒の種類が少ないのがちょっと残念でしたが、トータル的には大大大満足!
一度は食べたかった大将の揚げる天ぷらを食べることができました★
函館は海鮮ものが有名ですが、こんなに素晴らしい天ぷら屋さんもあります!。
木・金・土・日のみの営業で、しかも一日数組しか入れないのでなかなか予約が取りづらいとは思いますが、ぜひ一度は食べていただきたい!
お店を出る際は大将が自らポラロイドで写真を撮ってくれます(笑)
いい思い出になりました★
めっちゃ満足!
ごちそうさまでした。
※この後でバー巡りの予定でしたが・・・あまりの満腹でそのままホテルに戻りました(苦笑)
