2012年3月29日(木)18時30分ごろ来訪。
地元なのに、お客さんになったことがありませんでした。
以前から、行きたかったお店。
風情のある玄関で靴を脱いで、
木のこれまた、時代物の階段を上がった・・・
座敷
に案内されました。
いい雰囲気ですね。
注文は、もちろん、
あんこう鍋(2人前)
お酒は、越乃寒梅。
グツグツと煮えるのを待ちながら、
お酒をチビチビと。
いいなぁ
こういう雰囲気。
おじやをオーダーすると、仲居さんがやってきて、
具はすべて救い上げてくださいねっていいながら、
テキパキと冷ごはんを投入。
お決まりの火を止めてから、生卵を投入。
あさつきもね。
・・・ごちそうさま。
この日、少し寒かったので、
誰もいない食卓の上のガスコンロのいくつかに
火が灯っていました。
