今回は創業約300年の老舗料亭が1994年にもっと気軽に懐石料理をという
ことで本店の斜め前に出店したカウンター割烹『彩席ちもと』さんです。
1階はカウンター10席2階はテーブル20席のこじんまりとしたお店です。
店内は木のぬくもりが感じられる清潔感溢れる感じで掛け花が印象的でした。
4日前の急な予約だったんですが13時からならということでお願いしましたぁ。
この日はかなり忙しかったようで予約なしのお客さんは全て断っていましたよぅ。
ということでお願いしていたのがお昼の懐石コース「雪」です。
内容は・・・・・・
八寸:数の子・菜の花・胡麻豆腐・山葵醤油掛け・鮃竜皮巻・姫慈姑含め煮・黒豆
椀物:薄葛仕立て 帆立真丈・九条葱・大根・人参
造里:鯛・つぶ貝・あしらい
お凌ぎ:飯むし・干社庫
名物:玉子宝楽・生姜
焚合:海老芋旨煮・法蓮草・針人参・柚子
焼物:鰆付け焼・丸大根・酢取り茗荷
飯物:鯛めし・赤出汁・香の物
水物:酒粕雪見寄せ・みかん蜜煮
・・・・・・です。
こちらの名物は何と言っても「玉子宝楽」です。
お出汁の効いた茶碗蒸しの上にたっぷりのメレンゲをのせてオーブンで焼いて
いるんで上半分はスフレケーキの様な感じで甘味を加えればまさにケーキの様
な感じです。
食感も変わっているんで1度は食してみることをお薦めします。
お昼のメニューには必ず付きますんで^^;
本店は2名以上の予約が必要ですがこちらは1人でも気軽に予約可能なんで
けっこう女性のお1人様が多かったですよぅ^^;;
最終日に伺ったんでお酒が飲めなかったんで残念でしたが楽しくいただけましたぁ。
混んでいるせいかお料理の間隔が少しありましたが目の前で真剣に食材に接して
いる板さんの姿を観察できたんでそういうところもカウンター割烹のいいところでしょ
うかねぇ(アハハァ)
忙しいながらもタイミングを見計らってお茶を入れてくれたりこちらが何も言わずとも
先々やってくださるんで気持ちよくいただけましたぁ。
お出汁も深みのある味わいで本店にも劣らない仕事振りでしたぁ。
この内容で¥5000でお釣がくるのはいいですねぇ。
四条大橋西詰めとアクセスもいいんで気軽に京料理を食べたいなぁって時にいいかも
しれませんねぇ。
