東北地方在住のcrsは牡蠣が大好きで旬になるとよく夏は日本海で岩牡蠣を食し、冬は宮城県松島などで焼き牡蠣の食べ放題店などへわざわざ出向くわけですが、せっかくの広島旅行ですから名物の牡蠣で一杯と予約して赴いた次第です。
まずは生ビール、385円での格安提供で若い店主の心意気を感じます。牡蠣自体は「かき小町」と呼ばれるブランド牡蠣を使用しているそうで楽しみです。
「焼き牡蠣」やや小ぶりですがレモンをひと絞りし一口で頂けば確かに間違いない味です。おろしポン酢も相乗効果で酒が進む味付けです。バター醤油も捨てがたし、醤油と牡蠣の組合わせ自体日本人が大好きな味ですしバターがプラスされればもう言葉はいりません。
「牛のタタキ」以前は何処でも食べられた品ですが、最近はお店でお目にかからなくなりました。鰹同様外は香ばしく焼かれ内側はほぼ生、ほどよくサシが入り噛めば噛むほど味が出て日本酒が止まらない。
「広島名物がんす」魚のすり身を揚げたものとのことですが、
例えれば魚のメンチカツ的な感じで味付けも良く想像以上に旨いです。
「生牡蠣」も外せないのでおまかせ6ヶを。かき小町ですが焼きと比べれば淡泊な味で喉越しを楽しむものでしょうか。かき小町は焼き一択ですね。
「牛コウネの炙り」これはcrs的には大絶賛のあてでした。醤油メインの味付けと牛肉特有のあの味がジワーンと出てきて飲み込むのが切ないくらいです。
まだ出来て間もないお店ですが、間違いなく近い将来予約が取れない人気店になると思います。
