豊橋でマイレビ様とはしご酒♪
3軒目に訪れたお店は豊橋郊外にある『天に月、地に山』さんです。
市電に揺られ最寄りの電停から酔いざましがてらに少し歩きながらお店へ向かいます。
道中には遊郭の街としつ栄えた風情のある旅館が名残を残しノスタルジックな雰囲気が楽しめます。
暖簾をくぐり下駄箱へ靴を預けて店内へとお邪魔します。
ではマイレビ様とカウンターの片隅で日本酒を楽しみます。
一杯目の日本酒は辛口のオススメで高知の銘酒「鏡野(純米無濾過生原酒)」をいただきます。
2杯目の日本酒はおまかせで頼みましたら店主の粋な計らいで太田和彦さんが取材で訪れた時に飲まれた物と同じ銘柄「菊鷹(山廃 本醸造 無濾過生酒」をいただきました。
頂いた料理ですけどお通しは「金目鯛のアラと大根の煮付け」でした。
20種類ほどあるお品書きからチョイスした「七面鳥のネックと根菜の土佐煮」は絶品でしたね。
店主の作る肴もこだわっていて日本酒に合う料理を独学の試行錯誤で常に取り組んでいます。
一人で仕込みをされる事を考えれば努力の賜物としか言いようがないですね。
店主とマイレビ様が太田和彦さんのうんちくを楽しそうに会話されている姿を隣で聞きながら勉強になりました。
ゆっくりと長居をして日本酒と肴を楽しみたかったのですが次がありましたのでお勘定を済ませます。
豊橋郊外に隠れ家的な存在で日本酒バーを営む「天に月、地に山」さんは今年で節目の20年目を向かえました。
店主の厳選された日本酒が揃う拘りの熟成日本酒は左党には必見ですね。
