お気に入りの「串カツの中村屋」さんへ行って来ました。こちらは駅から近く店内入口の扉がいつも開いていて解放感のある雰囲気が好きでついつい吸い込まれる様に立ち寄ってしまうお気に入りのお店です。ではカウンターでゆっくりと料理とお酒を楽しみます。

ここは串カツがメインのお店ですがこだわりの焼鳥や一品料理が揃い何を食べても美味しくいつも同じ様な注文になってしまいますがお気に入りのお店なんですよね。
串カツと串焼きはうずら卵と赤ウインナーが同じ食材を使った物を注文してしまい食べログ的に絵面はちょっと失敗しましたが食べたい物を頼むのはしょうがないかな(笑)
この日のもつ煮込みは7種類の鶏のホルモンが入っていて仕込みで出る銀皮は捨てられるお店もありますが煮込みで食べると美味く良い酒の肴になりましたね。端材を使った料理はしっかりと仕込みをしている証しで食品ロスも無くして優れものな料理ですよね。
活気のある店内は居心地や接客も素晴らしく開店小一時間程で満席状態となりましたが料理の提供もスムーズで厨房の手際の良さも素晴らしく使い勝手の良いお店なんですよね。
