ついに行ってきました。
太平寿司さんに(*^-^*)
金沢での生活が、3月までと決まって。
家族を岡山から呼び寄せて。
事前に予約。
お任せ1万円のコースで。
お店に入ると、カウンターに案内され。
板さんの目の前です。
太平寿司の板前さんは、昔ながらの下駄履きで
この寒い日に{{(>_<;)}}
ついつい、下駄の話題で盛り上がり。
目の前には、お通しが。
海鼠に梅貝の肝。ならば、ビールと一緒に(^-^)
それでは、お任せスタート。
先ずは、赤にし貝、鱈のお刺身と握りが一皿で。
続いて、鯖寿司としめさば。
。。。。最初はお刺身で、最後に握りと思っていたのですが。。。。
お店の方に聞いてみると、太平寿司さんでは、おつまみと握りを一緒に出してるんですって。
理由は、昔、お酒を飲むお客さんはお刺身等のおつまみばかり食べて、お寿司を食べない方が多かったからのようで。
それで、大将が寿司を食べてもらうために、おつまみと握りを一緒に出すようにしたそうです。
なるほど、、、、、、美味しいお寿司ですからね(^O^)
そのあと、甘海老、鰤、菜の花、白魚、烏賊、梅貝、のどぐろ、あん肝、白子、蟹、穴子に鉄火巻き。
途中で、日本酒に切り替え、3種類を頂き、板前さんとの会話も弾み、お任せコースを2時間かけて頂きましたo(^-^)o
サイコーに美味しいお寿司と、楽しい時間で、このお値段なら納得(^~^)
また、行きたいお寿司屋さんです。
