2025年8月9日(土)17:15、神楽坂のメインストリートから細い路地に入り、ふと“古民家風”の趣ある「酒ト壽」へ。予約無しの飛び込みにも関わらず、「18:30までなら」と快くカウンター席に案内していただきました。静かで趣深い店内、まるで田舎の良いお宅にお邪魔したような安心感があります。
料理はどれも季節感と手仕事がしっかり感じられる和食中心。
·刺盛り(マグロ/さわら/はも/かつお/白魚/カンパチ・2,280円)は、どれも新鮮で個性の違いが際立つ。特に「はも」と「白魚」の風味が印象的。
·マグロのかま塩煮(880円)は驚くほど柔らかい仕上がり。家庭では出せない旨みと食感です。
·河豚唐揚げ(880円)はふわふわ&ジューシーで、絶対注文してほしい逸品。
·毛ガニコールスロー(980円)はカニの味わいと野菜のクリーミーさの粋な組み合わせ。
茄子揚げびたし(580円)はじっくり味が染み込んでいて、箸が止まらない。
酒は
·ビールはマルエフ(アサヒのまろやかな一杯)500円
·日本酒は廣戸川(1,050円)、陸奥八仙(グラス550円)と、銘酒の中でも料理を引き立てるセレクトが嬉しい。
〆に
·とろたく(780円)は安定の旨み
·あら汁(350円)は魚のだしが効いていて心も体も満たされる
2人で12500円。
路地裏ならではの落ち着きと、メニューの季節感、酒と肴の幅。この日は限られた滞在時間でしたが、「また違う季節、違う日本酒、違うメニューで再訪したい」と思わせてくれるお店です。コース料理も興味が湧きます。
