I am not gourmet, but I always think the deliciousness of cooking is "fun to eat". Fun of meals starts at the time of reservation.
Today's main dish is "Steamed dish of the sea bream" and "Stewed dishes of chicken and local vegetables" (Winter regional cuisine in the Alsace region). It was very delicious.
From appetizers to desserts, you can have a good time anytime. The concept of all Hiramatsu restaurant's staff is the same "It is fun to eat." I am looking forward to cooking using seasonal ingredients.
食通ではありませんが料理の美味しさは「食べる事は楽しみ」と常々思う者です。
食事の楽しさは予約した時点から既に始まっています。
今回のメイン料理は鯛のヴァプール(vapeur蒸気で加熱する調理法)と鶏肉・地元野菜のベッコフ(Baeckeoffeアルザス地方の冬ならではの郷土煮込み料理)で、前菜からデザートまでそれぞれの美味しさと同時に何時も居心地の良い時間を楽しむ事ができるお店です。「食べる楽しさ」に対する“ひらまつ“のコンセプトがスタッフの皆様に定着している所以と思います。これからも四季折々の食材を用いた料理に期待しています。
