令和7年6月4日(水)・再訪2回目(熊谷市)
今年の3月の第一日曜日に相方と行きかなり気に入ったので
梅雨前の晴れた日に、マイレビュワー様のパープルキャット
さんと2人で行くことにして私は北本から「カブ」で27㌔
走って11:20頃に到着したら、キャットさんが待合室で
順番をとってくれてました。
11:30オープンと同時に小上がりのテーブル席に案内を
されて今日は平日なので、グランドメニューからセイロ2種
と「ぶっかけ」の3種類セットの「清水」¥1600を選び
その前の「本日の料理」(7種類)¥1100と、新潟県の
クラフトノンアルコールビール(¥650×2)をお願いで
お通しは「蕎麦の揚げた物」でしたがこれがノンアルコール
とは言え良く合いますね♪
*直ぐに来た本日の料理は以下の通り
・蕎麦豆腐
・竹の子と鴨肉のそぼろ
・鴨肉のハム
・ふきの煮物
・ズッキーニと新玉葱のマリネ
・山うど揚げ浸し
・玉子焼き
以上、7品は全て美味しかったですが個人的好みでは山うど
の揚げ浸しと鴨のハムが旨かったですね♪ ビールを飲んで
蕎麦に入りますが前記のように「清水」ですが内容は以下!
*清水(¥1600)
・新潟県津南産(2024年)セイロ
・群馬県赤城(2024年)セイロ
・じゃこと辛味大根のぶっかけ(蕎麦はたぶん津南)
約半分ずつで津南と赤城が来ましたが、赤城は緑色がかかり
昨年の蕎麦なのに新蕎麦のイメージで私は赤城が好みね・・
それと、蕎麦汁以外に塩と本山葵で食べる事をお勧めなので
前回もそうでしたが、十割の質の良い蕎麦には塩も本山葵も
合うと言う事が理解できました!!
さいごの「ぶっかけ」は蕎麦量は同じですが、たっぷり量の
じゃこと、辛味大根が乗っていて確実に旨い辛味大根です♪
本当に蕎麦との相性が良いですね~~
良い感じの腹具合になって、この後はパープルキャットさん
お薦めの妻沼にある隠れ家カフェに行く事にしました!!
このカフェが素晴らしかった事を先に伝えておきます♪
それにしても最近までは一番旨い蕎麦屋さんは地元の北本に
ある蕎麦 阿き津でしたが、今は一番が此方の蕎麦藍で
二番が深谷のそば遊歩に変りました・・・
