食べも食べたり、飲みも飲んだり。
握り(玉子も含めて)14貫、酒肴は15品。
そしてお椀(蟹汁)に水菓子(食用鬼灯)。
お酒は日本酒が10銘柄にアルザス産ワインを一杯。
計四時間に渡る大オフ会となった。
因みにこの日は気心の知れたレビュアー様たちとの会食。
季節感満載のメニュウ、特に北陸から山陰に掛けての
魚介類の揃え、その質は頗る良く、
特別なルートを持っているのかも知れない。
中でも蟹は素晴らしく、旬真っ盛りのこの時期
本場で食べた経験もあるが此方にはかなわない。
この日食べた毛ガニの雌は道内では禁漁とのことだが
北陸モノならOKとのことで卵巣、内子、味噌を身に絡ませ
一緒に食べればその濃厚なことと言ったら空前絶後?
無論、もう一種の加能蟹(越前蟹)も絶品なのは言うまでもなし。
また握りも秀逸で上記の蟹を塗(まぶ)し、泡醤油を乗せた一貫や
軽くネタを炙ったモノ、魚により芽葱や塩昆布を
組み合わせて一緒に握ったりするなど江戸前の仕事とは
また異なった『すし栄独自』の仕事が施されていて
大層舌を愉しませることが出来た。
これは季節毎にその旬ならではの一品を味わいに来たい店であり
正に千葉を代表する店。是非お勧めしたい店である。
そんな思いが自信に変わったこの夜であった。
