新潟を中心に近年は東京進出を果たしたよね蔵グループの旗艦店的存在。
店づくり、メニュウ内容、サービス等かなりきっちりとコンセプトが
立てられた和食店と見受けた。
前回の訪県の際に伺った十郎など県内には秀逸なグループ飲食店が多い。
先ずはお通しの演出に新鮮な驚きが…
練り物、海鮮から好きな食材を選び土鍋にて蒸し焼きにされ供される。
メイン料理と思わんばかりのもの。(そこそこのお通し料は取られるが)
郷土料理ののっぺ、半羽揚げそして地産の十全の茄子の浅漬けなど
地元料理も抜かりなし。
この夜の圧巻はお造り。
時期的には厳しくなるこの頃、花鰤とメジマグロの脂の乗りが半端なく、
魚の厳選が窺われる。
次店にて〆をと思っていた為、食事はしなかったが
この分ならそちらも期待出来そうな…
こちらも新潟を訪れた際には外せないお店となった。
