念願の「割烹やました」に初訪問です
こういうお店は独特の雰囲気があるので初めては緊張します
はじめはコースにしようかと思っていましたがこちらは
大将も好きなものを食べて行って!と言われておりました
メニューに書いていない料理もたくさんあり
大将が今日はこれこれがあるよと説明してくれました
その中で鰤しゃぶを中心にオーダーすることにしました
・先出
・もろこ
琵琶湖でとれる淡水魚で名物のひとつだそうです
炭火で焼いて。。。最後に頭を網に指して焼くのが面白い
・お造り
少しずつお任せで
乗せられるだけ色々な種類をのせたよ!とのこと
・蕪蒸し
蕪の下には、海老や鯛、百合根、銀杏などの具が隠れています
・鰤しゃぶ
味噌仕立てのスープです
大きな鰤のあらを一緒に煮たてていいお味
さらに、お店手作りの身山椒がものすごく良くあいます
・きんきの煮付け
ふっくらした身とろけます
・ふぐ刺
隣の人が食べているのを見て思わず注文
カワハギの肝醤油でいただきます
天然ものしか使わないとのこと
・雑炊
鰤しゃぶのスープで雑炊に・・・
またまた身山椒と一緒に
ものすごく良く合うと絶賛していたら
残った身山椒はラップにくるんでくれました!!

どれも本当に美味しかったです・・・
心残りは松葉蟹!
時価なので手を出せずに終わってしまいました
活け蟹より浜ゆでの方が倍くらい高いそうです
今度は蟹を頂きにまた行きたいです
