今年も11月6日に蟹漁解禁です。毎年解禁を待って日本海側に
蟹旅行に行っていた私には、心逸る季節。
そこで自身の300レビューを、大好物の蟹でひとり祝うことにします(笑)
大阪人なら、ここでしょう~かに道楽!本店は何回か利用したので行ってみると
今日は平日にもかかわらず50分待ち!びっくりしたんですが
「支店でも・・」とお願いしたら、すぐこの中店に電話で席を取ってもらえました。
中店は初めてですが、入店して名を告げるとすぐ笑顔で迎えてくれました。
1階の席に着き窓には道頓堀川が見えます。
お昼のかに御膳の茜を注文しました、2625円。
お盆に乗せて一度に運ばれてきました。
★まず早く食べないと身が縮む、焼き蟹から~焼きたて熱々では無いが
大きめの爪の部分は甘みが凝縮されている。細い足は普通。
★茶碗蒸し~蟹の身の餡をかけてある、出汁の効いた上品な味。
★蟹グラタン~上に大きめの身がひとつ、ソースが濃厚で香ばしい焼き目。
★ゆで蟹~太い身を頬張ると蟹の良い香り、久々に嗅いだ気がする一番美味しい。
ここまで食べ終えたあとで
★蟹の巻き寿司と蟹の押し寿司~巻きの具はマヨ和え、押しの方が大振りな身。
★お吸い物~薄味。
すべてを食べたときを見計らって「コーヒーはいかがですか」との言葉。
セットには無かったはずなので、少し戸惑っていると「サービスです」
それなら~とお願いすると、ホットコーヒーと新しいおしぼりと匂い消しのレモンが。
ゆきとどいたサービスに有名店でも驕り無く、大阪の蟹料理の味をゆっくり楽しめました。
