連れと気になっていた寿司屋さいしょへ。
カウンターに陣取り、なにかお刺身からいただこうかと。
迷わずお店の方のお勧め、たこ、いか、金目の三点。
たこは塩とレモンでどうぞということで。
いきなりうまいっ!って感じでスタートです。
生だこ食べたのも久しぶりだなーとかも思いました。
ペロリとたいらげ、続いて赤貝へ。
板さんがぴしゃりと、まな板へうちつけると、ぐわっと
赤貝が反応します。
お皿にもられると、踊り狂った赤貝が。
一緒に赤貝の肝も出してくれました。
初めていただきましたが、くせも苦味もなく日本酒によくあいます。
そしてあん肝へ。
もともとあん肝すきですが、ここのあん肝は生臭さは皆無。
まったりとオレンジの油の染み出たあん肝で、また日本酒をぐびりと。
この調子でたべていると、お寿司が入らなくなってくるので、
おまかせでお寿司をお願いします。
写真を撮り忘れたのもありますが、赤身、中トロ、甘エビ、鯖、海胆、などなど
10カンほどいただきました。
どれもはずれのないねたで、すごいなーと感心づくし。
なかでも蒸し海老はほんのり温かく香りがとってもいい。
最後に鉄火巻きでしめました。
なんかどれをいただいても、おいしい気がするお店でした。
またお邪魔したいです。
