日本酒、焼酎の種類が豊富で、美味しい料理とともに楽しめます。
・牡蠣鍋 (2012.11.5)
味噌仕立てのスープに、プリップリッの牡蠣がイッパイ入っています。
牡蠣以外に、葱、椎茸、舞茸、えのき茸が入っていて、秋冬にもってこいなお鍋です。
スープに牡蠣の旨みが溶け出し、何とも言えない美味しさです。
・鮪大トロ刺身、鮪大トロ炙り (2012.11.5)
刺身、炙りとも脂がタップリで口の中で蕩けます。
特に炙りは魚でなく、肉を食べている感覚さえ覚えます。
・刺身盛り合わせ (2012.4.16)
平目、漬けまぐろ、しめ鯖、かんぱち、...。特に、平目の昆布しめ、しめ鯖が美味しい。
・水茄子 (2012.4.16)
金山寺味噌を付けます。瑞々しくて、とても美味しい。
・莫久来 (2012.4.16)
珍味「莫久来」は、ほや貝と生子のこのわたで作った塩辛です。これがお酒に合うんです。
美味しいお摘み、美味しいお酒、とても贅沢なひとときでした。
