そろそろ気温が上がってきた札幌、餃子とビールが美味いんです!
アツアツの餃子を口に放り込み、皮を突き破れば
旨みタップリの肉汁がプシャ~ッ!っとほとばしる!
間髪いれずにビールを流し込めば……極( ̄▽ ̄)楽
モチロン、他の中国北方家庭料理の数々は、どれも秀作ぞろいです。
この日頂いたのは定番の鍋烙(guo lao)水餃子(shuy jiao zi)
干炸鶏肉(gan zha ji rou)中国風ザンギ山椒塩がけ、などなど全8品。
一つ一つの量が多めなんで、5~6人でお邪魔して
色々とつまむのが楽しくて良い感じです☆
独特の山椒塩を効かせた揚げ物系はビールにドンピシャだなぁ~。
また、じゃがいもの千切りサラダも欠かせない♪
お帰りの際は、お土産の花椒塩と食べるラー油も忘れずに(笑)

久しぶりに夜の順香へ。
お目当ては、モチロン餃子です!
鍋烙(guo lao)
これが餃子なんですが、メニューには鍋烙(guo lao)と記載されています。
焼餃子も水餃子も揃えており、目移りしたんで両方オーダー(笑)
焼餃子はモッチモチの皮の下からは、おつゆがピュッ!
小籠包ほどの汁量ではありませんが、肉餡と肉汁のアツアツウマウマぷりったら悶絶レベルです。
コレは是非とも、やけど覚悟にて一口で食してほしいっす♪
水餃子は1.白菜と豚肉 2.海鮮 3.ニラと卵 の三種類。
茹でられた皮はチュルっとしてモチっとして、口裏に貼りつきそうな気持ちよさ。
ほとばしる具材の旨味もタマランのです♪
特に海鮮水餃子に含まれるエビがプリプリ!
炝土豆絲 (qiang tu dou si)
十勝産ジャガイモとセロリの千切りサラダ。
味付けは胡麻油と塩かな(^ω^)
単一でも肴になりますし、箸休めにももってこいな優等生。
順香 のディナーを楽しむには欠かせないんです☆

色とりどりの野菜がキレイ!
カラッと揚がった骨付き肉の衣に、甘辛いソースと野菜の爽やかさが加わると
こんなに美味しくなるんですね♪
ピーマンの食感も美味しさを引き立てる、名脇役になってます(^ω^)

サスガは本場中国料理、パラッとした仕上がりながら
家庭料理らしい柔らかさも感じられウマイ!

麻婆ソースのコクと豆腐の甘味を山椒の麻が(`・ω・´)ビシッっと引き締めており
こりゃナカナカお目にかかれない、まさに順香風麻婆豆腐。
なんつーか、ひと口でアメとムチを兼ね備えたヤミツキ系。
食べれば食べるほど、次のひと口が欲しくなるのも、まさに麻の魔力でしょうか。
脇を固める小鉢とサラダもGJ!もう、ご飯がすすむコトすすむコト。
チョイと分けていただいた肉段茄条もエビチリも美味の一言☆
