早めの予約が必要な、高知県中村(四万十市)のお店です。
何しろ、とれたばかりの魚が味わえるらしい♪
お刺身のメニューはちょっと待って~とお店のお姉さんが言うので、
まずは手長エビの素揚げ、うなぎの白焼き、鮎の塩焼きを注文です。
いずれも四万十の特産品~♪
手長エビはカラリと揚がってカリカリ。
うなぎは頭付きで、関東のものと違ってしっかり身がしまった調理法。
でも硬いわけではありません。
鮎はふっくら、皮はパリッ。
これはお酒がすすみますね~。
え? いつもすすんでるって? そうですけどね~。
真打、サバとカツオの刺身盛り合わせ。
こんなに新鮮なお刺身は食べたことがないです。
口の中の感覚が研ぎ澄まされていく感じ。
カツオには水にさらしていない生ニンニクのスライスを乗せて。
この食べ方、美味しいですね~。
ハランボというのは、カツオのハラミの焼いたもの。
これも土佐ではよく見かけるお料理で、お土産物店では真空パックにしたものを売っています。
脂がのっていておいしいです。
焼き鯖もこんがり美しい仕上がり。
魚ばかり食べていますが、こちらの野菜メニューはちょっと寂しいのです。
サラダとアオサの天ぷらぐらい。
暑くて鍋物は食べたくないので、いやにタンパク質系に偏った食事となったのでした。
(はい、麦はビールで、お米は日本酒でいただきましたよ♪)
こんなに食べて、ふたりで1万2千円足らず。
人気があるわけです。
