その素材の美味しさが最大限に引き出されるような手間や技

特に気に入ったのは いくらや穴子
主人は鰤(背中の赤身)皮炙りも・・
ほんと口に入れて!何これは~
噛んでいき味わいながらの(*^^*)幸せ感
是非、夜のネタも味わってみたいです
