一貫目(石鯛)食べ、主人とにんまり(*^^*)
〝魚の血抜きが大事で~〟とか話されてました
仕入れにこだわってあるみたいで
それをさらに寝かせたり・炙ったり・燻ったり
わさび醤油だけでなく、柚子胡椒や生姜など使って
素材に合わせて
どれも(外れ無しではなく)美味しい
シャリのお酢の感じもやさしく
口に入れまったり、ふっくら~
それぞれに楽してもらえ大満足です
