少し残念だったのは握りの最後あたりで約3時間経過(20:40)しており、二回転目の方々が入口で待機していてやや急かされた空気だった事くらい。
大将の杉田さんが一瞬目を瞑り魂を込める様な所作、スッと置かれた艶やかな黒い下駄に映える端正な握りに恍惚となる。( ̄¬ ̄) カウンターで楽しい時間をご一緒させて頂き、おもてなしをゆるりと堪能した感謝の夜。ごちそうさまでした。
