実は職場がすぐ近くなのに、1年振りの焼鳥嘉とう
久しぶりに食べたら、あまりの美味さに、部位別ランキングを次々に更新。
その時期最高の鶏を各地から仕入れ、ご主人が解体しているからこその部位ごとのこだわりで、一串ごとに、部位に合わせた焼きと味付けでどれもが秀逸。コースだけでも十分満足なのに、今日は希少部位が色々とあるとの事で3串も追加。レバーは比内地鶏でボリュームがあり濃厚で火入れも抜群。初めて食べる膝は食感が面白い。これまた初めて食べるあか(内もも)はとってもジューシー。
最初から最後まで大満足で幸せな時間でした。
今まで色々なお店に行ったけど、自分にとっての
焼き鳥NO.1なお店です。
