行ってきました!丈参へ♪
通勤でほぼ毎日、前を通るのですが初めての訪問です。
勝手な通称’松浪通り’の東の端にあります。
店構え?からするとおそらく以前はバーのような形態のお店だった事が想像されます。
外観も店内も、焼き鳥屋さんには見えません。トイレなんて広いしお洒落だし(^^)
カウンターだけのお店に、5人で押しかけて(勿論、予約して)しまいまして、きちんと
コーナー席をご用意いただけました。感謝です♫
さて、初めてですからまずはビールを頂きながらメニューを研究します。
私の希望で、こちらに伺ったのですが、5人も居るとやはりホルモン系が苦手な方も
居ますから、なかなかオーダーが決まりません。
結局、私を含む3人が10本セット、2人が7本セットでホルモン系抜きで頼みました。
後は、おつまみ系を数点、みんなでシェアしました。
評判の高い「白レバーのたたき」は絶品でした(^^)
勿論、こちらのお店は、珍しい部位を食べさせてくれる事で有名です。初めていただく
ものばかりで、どれも本当に美味しく頂きました。(単体評価は割愛しますが)
あと、百合の蕾、これは珍しい?事もありますが、あっさりしていて特筆です。
コース10本でもお腹一杯になったのですが、どうしても気になって仕方なかった
目肝と心のこりを追加して、なんと12本も頂いてしまいました(大汗)
あと、私は特にレバー系が好きなので、背肝や目肝など本当に堪能いたしました♪
それに、これも評判の高い「東京鶏飯」も外せないと言う事で、2ヶを皆でシェアしました!
焼き鳥屋さんでここまで満腹になったのは初めての様な気がします。
店主は寡黙な方で、特に会話はありませんでしたが「職人気質」を感じさせる方でした。
この点も、評判通りでお店の雰囲気とのギャップが絶妙なバランスと感じました♪
まだ、頂けなかった部位もかなりありますので、また伺います。
