バター釜玉うどん(しょうゆ)
くまポンで購入したクーポンが期限最終日を迎えた。…そして、この店の最終営業日(涙)。
え~っ?そ~だったの~?(ToT)/~~~
すっげ~!マジ残念すぎる~。
うどんをほとんど食わないオレが3度も足を運んだんだよ?
お店の人に話を伺ったところ、4軒ほど隣に後発のうどん屋、丸○製麺ができたのが響いたとのこと。
うそ~?○亀製麺(ーー;)って、あのカビ入りのうどんを出す店だろ~?…とは誰かさんが言ってた話…。
それはいいとして…今日もオーダーは、バター釜玉うどん。
バター釜玉は讃岐うどんながらもモチモチ食感が全面に出たタイプで、それでいてコシもしっかり。
そして、オレのこだわりはここから。山盛りの揚げ玉を丼いっぱいに投入。これで、ふわふわ感とサクサク感、コクが出る!
2玉400gのうどん、軽く完食。1kg盛りもできるらしいので、次回は試したい…が…閉店だった~(ToT)/~~~。
マジで残念すぎ~(涙)。
どう考えても、○亀製麺よりこっちのがうまいっしょ!
