北浜にある中華の名店「火ノ鳥」。新規の予約を取ることは非常に難しく、常連さんに連れて行って頂きました。
3回目の訪問でしたが、行くたびに驚かされるお店です。猛暑で食欲が湧きにくい季節ですが、冷製のレシピが多く、気がつけばコースをぺろりといただいていました。

どの料理も繊細で、中華料理の概念を覆されます。今回はフカヒレがたくさんで嬉しかったです。
この季節に質の良い松茸をいただけたのが驚きでした!
