自宅からは少し距離があるので久しく伺ってませんでしたが、美味しい天ぷらが食べたくなり、うらかみさんへ。
懐石や天ぷらなどのちょっと”イイ”店は敷居が高いイメージがありますが、こちらは良い意味で肩肘張らずに美味しい天ぷらが食べられるお店です。ひとえに店主さんのお人柄だと思います。近すぎず、遠すぎず。
10人ほどが座れるカウンターは満席でした。
天ぷらは季節のものを中心に、一つ一つ丁寧におすすめの食べ方を教えてくださるので、次は何が出てくるのかワクワクします。
天ぷらって面白い料理だなと改めて感じました。
食材の持つ味が大切ですが、素揚げではこの美味しさにならないですよね。でも衣が中心になるとそれもちょっと違うし、、、。その微妙なバランスを引き出すってすごい調理法ですね、、改めて。
まあ、わかったようなことを言ってますが、要は美味しい!美味しい天ぷらを食べたくなったら私は再びうらかみさんへ伺うと思います。
