平日のお昼、予約なし、12時半には到着予定で「山ろく」へ!
山鹿の山道を登り、丘の上に向かうと…駐車場は満杯!…本日完売の看板(*´-`)
しょうがないさ。。だって早起きは苦手なんだよ。
気持ちを切り替えて、実は狙っていた「ろくげん」さんへ
場所は「山ろくさん」の下の民宿の様な一軒家、駐車場スペースがあまりないので注意です。
2人での来店でしたが、先客も少なく、道沿いの6畳ほどの個室へ案内されました。
昔は民宿だったのでしょうか?玄関も広く、奥にもお部屋があるみたいです。
コチラは「山ろくさん」の様に自分で焼くスタイルではなく、他の方のコメにもあるように、生ものは以外は鉄なべで焼かれた状態で提供されます。
メニューを見ると基本的に、地鶏定食1,296円に+で単品料理を注文するスタイルがいいみたいです。
という事で、「地鶏定食」「レバー216円」「セセリ216円」「ホルモン540円」「皮430円」と瓶ビール!
最初に提供されたのが「レバー」生で食せる地鶏のレバーはごま油に塩で頂きます!
食感はコリコリではなくとろける感じ!クセはないが、濃厚でまったりした後味
ビールよりも日本酒に合うような感じです!
セセリ焼きも程よい焼き加減に、柚子胡椒の風味がよく合いますコチラはビールに合いますね
そうこうしていると、こちら「ろくげんさん」にもお客様が続々と来店、もう待ち状態。
正直、忙しくなると料理の提供が少しづつ遅れますが、それはしょうがないさ!
メインの「地鶏焼き定食」は少し遅れて2人前運ばれてきました。
直ぐに食べられますが、鉄鍋で少し焼きました。
地鶏独特の、脂の甘みとコリコリの肉!皮を少し焼き歯ごたえを楽しむ!
美味い!ビールお替りです!
同じく運ばれてきた、定食のお盆、野菜を中心とした小鉢。
コンニャクの刺身、野菜の蒸し物、漬物、白和え、どれも田舎の手作り料理。
地鶏と小鉢の最高のツマミに芋のお湯割りにシフトします!
少し遅れて「ホルモン」「皮」の鉄鍋が運ばれてきます。
鶏ホルモン美味し!程よい脂と噛めば噛むほど甘みをますホルモン!初めての食感!
それからの「皮」地鶏の楽しみの一つは皮ですよね~
こちらも、若干焦げ目をつけ食す!美味し!持ち帰りして夜も食べたい!
この辺りでもうお腹一杯なのだが、最後の〆に「卵かけご飯」と「だご汁」
プリっとした地鶏の卵!ザックり混ぜてご飯へ!不味い訳ないでしょう、日本人で良かったと思うね~
そして地鶏の出汁と脂が効いた「だご汁」なんとだごが鶏の形!とここで一手間。
なんだかんだで、1時間半ほどゆっくりさせて頂きました。
「山ろく」もいいけど、こちらもたまにはありですかね!
