やっと夜に再訪できました。何ヶ月待った
のでしょう。8ヶ月!!今回は奥の個室が
用意されてありました。小さなL字型
カウンターに掘りコタツ式になっている
のですね。意外でした。

某女優さんがTVで紹介してから全国から
注文が殺到しているようです。

題目:お噂通りです”岩さき”
緋色の暖簾を潜り引き戸を開けると
6席の白木L字カウンター。奥には個室も
ありますがお料理の品質、接客を考えて
満席にはしないようです。
常滑焼の趣ある壷に活けられた季節を
先取りするお花が日本人らしいおもてなし。
シンプル、ミニマルな美しさを感じる店内です。
ここは祇園でもない中京区の住宅街にある
ミシュラン1つ星を獲得した”岩さき”。
店内には赤い本の形跡は一切なくその奥に
お味本質に向き合った姿勢を感じます。

先ずは炙った松の実のおぶぅから。
塗りのお猪口の食前酒で肩の力を抜きます。

ご主人は高台寺和久傳、祇園丸山、柊家で
料理長など輝かしい経歴。
これだけではなく女将さんの内助の功
お母様、お嬢さんも含め家族心通い合って
いらっしゃることがいいおもてなしと
美味しいを生み出した原点だと思いました。
季節を変えてまた伺いたいお店です。
